Catfish Coffee Roasters is a local, family-owned coffee roasting company located in Edmonton, AB. Our roots started in the Old Strathcona Farmers Market in 2008, we still call this our home. We are enthusiastic about our small batch approach and attention to consistent coffee roasting.
Our commitment to sourcing specialty, ethical coffee is evident in every cup. However, we are not just about a certain coffee profile. We showcase the diversity by highlighting light roasts, medium roasts, and dark roasts.
Catfish Coffee Roasters offers a strong wholesale coffee supply partnership. With cafes and retail partners across Canada. We are dedicated to supporting through equipment, specialty coffee and expert training.
