Catfish Coffee Roasters are a locally owned and operated small batch coffee roasting company that is environmentally and socially responsible from the beans up. All coffee is organic and 100% Arabica. Fair trade and estate coffees are also available. The addition of a catalytic after burner in the roasting process reduces emissions to less than 10%. Catfish Coffee Roasters supports the philosophy of only offering what is seasonally available to ensure the freshest product for their customers.
