Catfish Coffee Roasters are a locally owned and operated small batch coffee roasting company that is environmentally and socially responsible from the beans up. All coffee is organic and 100% Arabica. Our bean selections support small growers and independent farmers when ever possible. These farms are ususally too small or economically challenged to obtain external trade marks or certifications to help market their beans in North America.
The addition of a catalytic after burner in the roasting process reduces emissions to less than 10%. Catfish Coffee Roasters supports the philosophy of only offering what is seasonally available to ensure the freshest product for their customers.
