About Catfish Coffee
Catfish Coffee Roasters is a small batch coffee roaster that began as a hobby business selling their beans at the Old Strathcona Farmer’s Market.
The Market was a great launching pad to introduce their freshly roasted coffee through samples and face to face interaction with Edmontonians. The original selection of beans was small but deliberate. By adding unique and seasonal growing regions like Papua New Guinea and Peru, there is something new and fresh to look forward to each month.
Word quickly grew and so did the need to expand into the newly opened Retail and Production location on 112 Ave in Historic Highlands.
