Description
Grown in the shade of orange and tangerine the citric acidity is noticeable in the finishing notes. This is a great bright coffee that is wonderful black. Its natural sweetness really doesn’t need altering. Roasted to a medium level.
Side note: Coffee was introduced to Bali in the 1950’s after volcanic eruptions devastated the agricultural rich land. We have noticed a recent surge in popularity with many more plantations emerging and a larger global awareness of this fantastic bean.
